![]() ![]() ![]() It therefore makes Product Manager unusable. Naturally, I own no products under this account, and don’t want to register the ones I’ve purchased under this account. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and it always ends up logged into Account 1 without me doing anything, and I don’t see any options anywhere to change accounts within Product Manager (though admittedly I could just be missing the option). However, even while I am only ever logged into Account 2 on Toontrack when I download Product Manager, the Product Manager is always installed and logged into Account 1 – I have no reason why this is or would ever be. I am able to directly download some of the software from Toontrack’s website and register them using Account 2, but a couple of the packs/software require the Product Manager. All said and done, the products are successfully purchased and connected to this account (Account 2). Recently, I’ve decided to purchase EZdrummer and a few different packs, so I created an account with the email that I usually use for these things (we’ll call this Account 2). ![]() So, I made an account on Toontrack a long time ago with an email (we’ll call it Account 1) that I didn’t plan to actually use (don’t ask me why – dumb decision, apparently). ![]()
